![]() In the list of Options on the left side of the dialog, click on the words "Brush Presets" to make those options visible. Go under the Window menu and choose Brushes. Open the photo you want to use as the basis of your painting. It's pretty limiting,and maybe that's why Adobe introduced a whole new Brush engine in Photoshop7. My tip: Use avery small brush and paint over your existing image. ![]() But in case you feel the need to use it, press Shift-Y until you see itappear in the Toolbox (where the History Brush usually lives). The Art History brush, (which is what we used in previous versions ofPhotoshop to replicate traditional art effects) is still there, but withPhotoshop 7's new Brush engine, I haven't yet found an occasion to useit. ![]() Quick Tip: What about the Art History Brush?
